Dark Holler Farm is a wildcrafted haven where old traditions meet the artistry of the present. Rooted in the Appalachian Mountains, we steward rare and heritage poultry through thoughtful, conservation-minded breeding programs, with a deep focus on preserving breed integrity, health, and history. Alongside our birds, we forage by hand from our woods and cultivate heirloom produce, luxe culinary herbs, and unusual blooms that speak the language of the land.
From our kitchen come small-batch artisan breads and pastries -baked slowly and intentionally, with the same care and ritual that guides everything we grow and raise.
Through Holler Witch, our apothecary line, we craft wild-foraged herbal blends, ritual oils, washes, smokes, and simmer pots — offerings rooted in Appalachian folk magic, domestic tradition, and quiet intention.
